So there’s one thing I realise I absolutely need to do diligently next year…get fit.
I’ve improved heaps thus far but there is still a lot to be done. At least now I have a better idea about what I should be doing, and that’s not muscle buildup; it’s gaining flexibility and building up core strength.
I can still do my dance classes though, just need to take them...
